1. Where are Welcome To Mupp products made ?

All Welcome To Mupp bags and accessories are Made In France and the leather we use is of french or EU origin.

3. How come your shop is never open !?

Our favorite question!

The Welcome To Mupp shop in Montmartre is open Monday-Saturday from 4pm to 7pm and is closed on Wednesday and Sunday. We understand that these opening times are not convenient for everybody, but outside these time we are most likely running around sourcing leather, organizing productions or doing everything else it takes to make Mupp run smoothly.

4. I'm working between 4pm and 7pm. Can I make an appointment for any other times?

6. How long will it take for my purchase to arrive ?



Depending on your country of delivery, parcels usually take between 4 to 14 working days to arrive. Shipping is handled by Collissimo which guarantees a confirmed delivery service. You can track your package here
