The products are delivered to the delivery address you indicated during the process of your order. welcometomupp.com works with La Poste for all the deliveries be made to France, Europe and the rest of the World.
The delivery costs are automatically calculated and added in your order sheet. An email of confirmation will be send when the order is dispatched. All the custom charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer. In the event of loss or of deterioration of the product during transport, the customer will have to inform the conveyor of it as fast as possible.

Items should be returned unused and with all Welcome To Mupp and designer tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer, who will be in charge of the return shipping fee.Where provided, designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be included with your return.
Poducts on sale can not be returned nor exchanged.
Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.
